Region: Southern California
Very easy to grow here in coastal California in partial sun. Mixes well with many other plants. Hummingbirds love it and it has not attracted any pests.
Well, let me tell you I love this plant and put in tons of them this spring, looked great with purple pansies and lady's mantle. Unfortunately they tend to attract A LOT of pests so I literally pulled most of them today and put them on the compost. Was grossed out by all the colorado potato beetles on them and their ratty hole-y appearance. I never throw anything out but they were in a prime spot by the front door and looked really bad. Is there any hope for the ones I didn't pull. I do not use chemicals. Thanks, love the website!
