Here’s an example of the perfect plant for a pot. This agave’s shape is the perfect mirror image of the pot it lives in, making for a perfectly balanced composition. This matchup was orchestrated by Chris Kelley in her nursery, Cottage Garden, in Piasa, Illinois.

The above photo is very nice but I clicked on the webpage and was astounded by the containers and groupings. Great ideas and beautiful plants!
Can't wait to have the time to go to her webpage--but for now-What's the name of the large pink flowered canna?? Love it as the background to the other pink flowering plants.
The agave is nice but the little one sticking out of the fish's mouth in the second photo is really cute. Is it really there or am I imagining it?
