New-found favorite habitat plant!

| Posted in Pacific Northwest Gardening on

This beautiful form of our beloved California native buckwheat – Eriogonum fasciculatum ‘Warriner Lytle’ – blooms almost non-stop from spring through fall around here, starting out making local pollinators extremely happy, and then our feathered friends get to feast on the seeds!

Plus it’s deer resistant, drought tolerant and totally gorgeous!  I can’t think of another habitat plant that ticks all these boxes.  Can you?  If so, please please please share!
