Any plants showing signs of drought stress?

Dsherry | Posted in Pacific Northwest Gardening on

Just wondering if anyone has noticed any established plants in their landscape showing signs of drought stress yet in the PNW? According to NOAA over 50% of the area is experiencing some level of drought as of today.

We have a dying evergreen tree that has been suffering ever since the "heat dome" a couple years ago. I would love a suggestion of what to replace it with. It's can't be too wide in maturity as the house is 15-20 feet from the planting spot.
