A September Garden

I am helping to refresh a landscape for an animal shelter. Their main fundraiser is in September, so we would like it to shine bright at that time of year. Tell me your favorite plants that are at their best in early fall! Thanks!!

    Some of my favorite fall plants are little bluestem, turtlehead, dahlias, celosia, and all the goldenrods and asters. If you are interested in adding some trees and shrubs, give these articles a look for some great ideas:
