Did I mention that it was HOT in Chicago when I visited a couple of weeks ago? We’re talking mid-90s and steamy. Apparently, I wasn’t the only one wilting in the heat. I spotted this little guy trying to catch his breath in Lauren McVey Rush’s back garden. I know just what you’re sayin’, buddy.

I know how that little guy feels! It's cooled down considerably since then so he's probably brought out his winter jammies this last week and has been snuggling down in his nest these past few nights.
