While many gardeners might label white clover as a weed, this fast-filling, variegated selection is cute as a button in containers. With a mix of 3- and 4-palmate leaves, you’ll be thinking it’s your lucky day with the possible color-echo combinations you can create playing off the red striping on the leaves. Plants produce white clover flowers, which aren’t the main feature, but they do make pollinators happy. Although this variety can be tough to find online, there are several other selections in the 4 Luck® series you might discover, including ‘Green Glow’ with light green leaf edges and darker green centers.
