Re: Anemone Sylvestris

Very nice. What's your routine after the blooms are spent? I try to clip them one at a time as the stems turn black and do not look tidy at all.

Re: READER PHOTOS! Marilyn's golden garden backdrop

Love these pictures. The trees here where I am are glowing with red- some dark, dark red and gold. It takes the pain from seeing my tomato plants gone through nature's freeze.

Is that a shed? Nice!

Re: garden design NE Ohio

You have a beautiful yard. It would be interesting to know names of the trees and some of the specimens you have. I can see echinacia, daylilies, arborvitae, iris -m but you have alot of evergreens too. Very nice!

Re: Front Yard Garden 2008

You have a colorful garden. Say, what are the evergreen uprights you have?

Re: August beauty

Very nice! What kind of soil amendment do you use?
