I live in Midcoast Maine with my husband and two children. I've been gardening for many years, and my husband and I are beekeepers with 12 hives. We have over 100 rose bushes, and we garden organically.

Re: The Enigma That is Darlow. A Rose You Should Know.
Hi Paul,
posted: 8:04 am on October 30thI've trusted your advice for years, and most of the 120+ roses in my tiny garden came from Ashdown, including 4 Enigmas. It's surely one of my favorites. Even now in Maine, this tough overachiever is still blooming which is remarkable with the night time temps here in late October. What a pleasure to have your video and advice available. Anyone who loves roses should follow your blog. Thanks.
Re: Win a copy of Designer Plant Combinations!
I'm always looking for eye candy of the floral type. This sounds like it would certainly qualify. Can't wait to see it.
