Re: The Dreaded "P" Word!

Yes, you answered my question. It was the one about the recently pruned knockout roses. Thanks again.

Re: Got Young Climbing Roses? Let em Grow!

Thanks for the advice! I just put in 2 climbing knockout roses and a pinkie/new dawn earth friendly combo (different sides of the house) . I can't wait to see what they'll do in a few years. thanks!

Re: The Dreaded "P" Word!

Great video! Thanks so much. I am new to roses, just started last year, and I am 100% positive I just did the wrong thing 2 weeks ago . I have already posted my question to you on another thread. Now I've spent all day on this website and watching most of your videos, I have learned soooo much. thank you.

Re: To What Height Should You Prune Your Roses

Oops.

My big store bought knockout roses were leggy and not full at all, and they seemed to have flowered overnight with our warm winter in zone 6. THey were planted last year and only grew to about 18 -24 inches (about 6 -12 inches when I planted them).

Two weeks ago, I pruned them to 1-2 feet, hoping that would make them fuller. I did notice that i cut out green leaves and what looked like tiny buds forming. What can I expect?

Thanks
