posted: 5:49 pm on November 2ndIt's hard to tell from the pics, but elms can be identified by the fact that they all have leaves where the bottom edges are offset near the petiole like this:

posted: 5:32 pm on November 2ndI would agree that it is most likely some type of nightshade! Careful - I think that it's poisonous!
