Re: Book Give-Away: Beautiful No-Mow Yards, by Evelyn J. Hadden
I would like a copy of this book if my name is drawn. We are starting to raise chickens, or will be. I will soon start organic seeds inside after a hiatus of 20+ years. My husband is too busy with the above and work to dig up lawn now for more garden, so we are doing a 4x4 raised bed. We inherited 1.5 acre of grass, some of which we want to keep for grandkids, but whew! Bit by bit it would be wonderful to have something planted that gives back instead of taking!
