definitely Paulownia tomentosa (princess tree, empress tree) due to the rapid growth. It has purple flowers and large seed pods. http://bit.ly/hnutV4

It looks like a variety of Impatiens wallerana, aka busy lizzy or impatiens. It's the common bedding plant for use in shaded areas.
