I am the Nursery Manager at Snavely's Garden Corner, Chambersburg, PA. While earning a degree in Biology at ECU, I have a field botony professor to thank, (Unfortunately not untill my final year) for getting me into plants. For the last twelve years, I have been gaining experience on the job and burying my nose in plant books. I became certified PA horticulturist and love working in many areas of the green industry. Landscaping, however puts everything together: Education, Creativity, Experience... Very rewarding to see landscapes change from season to season or as the light of day changes. I look to nature, (And other great designers) for inspiration and hope to see less invasives and more environmental consiousness regarding plant choices.

Snow on Giant White Oak

I was fortunate enough to meet and marry the woman who rented the cottage on this property.  We would stroll the property all the time, like we had an arboretum of our own.

My Girlfriend's Cottage

My wife rented a cottage on this property.  Many times we would stroll the properpy, as if we had our own private arboretum.

My Friends' Gardens

With so many dwarf and colorful cultivars out today, there are many new ways to create interesting plant combinations, adding drama to a small space.
