This looks to me to be a semi-prostrate Veronica...it's botanical name I don't know! It's happily spreading demeanor makes it an easy ground cover for sunny or partly sunny places. I always have more than enough to share!

Ice plants are considered invasive in some parts of the globe.....so please check before you plant in your area.
