Nice foliage, buttercup-like flowers

A couple of these plants have popped up in my garden in the past year or two. I don't recognise them as something I planted, but I'm not sure they are weeds either. I am in Seattle.

Re: Three's company

So cheerful!

Re: Alpine Garden

Michael - I love this planter and have done some smaller version myself. Will it winter over or do you have to refresh the plantings each year? Mine seem to diminish after the first year and don't fully fill in. Maybe I don't give them enough water?
Thanks,
Judy

That's it, for sure. I can vaguely recall ordering a celandine something a year or two ago....
Thanks!

Re: Early summer blooms; gorgeous foliage all season.

I go with geranium phaeum. I have many of them in my gardens.
