evelynwalker ~ Did you happen to throw some small, ornamental gourds out into your garden/compost last year after decorating with them? You have an ornamental gourd vine. Paste the below web address into your computer search feature for another photo:

They are easily sown from seed packet in the spring, but know that they also reseed themselves rather readily when left over the winter season to compost, etc. Enjoy your fall decorations! They are so colorful!

sjaye - Thank you for your encouragement! We pianists appreciate a piano anywhere :-) ...the plant climbing around the piano is a morning glory that has reseeded itself for a couple of years now, and originally came from either a humble grocer or hardware store seed stand ~ Morning Glory Celestial Mix:
