This looks like a Mock Orange. I have 3 varieties growing by my sitting areas, the fragrance is heavenly! Most nurseries carry a few varieties and they're not that hard to grow. From the dwarf "snowbelle" to the larger size shrubs, they are covered with lovely white double or single flowers.
