'The Princess Lavender' is a hardy ornamental and fragrant shrub which is suitable for low hedging. It has bright pink bracts atop dark pink flowers, on aromatic grey foliage. It is an early flowering variety with a good fragrance. The main flowering is in spring, with spot flowering through the rest of the year.

Noteworthy Characteristics: 

Flowers are fragrant, good for cutting, drying and preserving. This plant is attractive to bees, butterflies and birds.

Care: 

Lavender prefers a sunny position in a well drained soil. Prune after the main flowering to maintain a dense growth habit.
