Love this plant! Requires no deadheading to keep it's appearance, although doing so will encourage more blooms. Looks great all season.

A nice cottage garden plant, although sometimes short lived. It is perennially covered with a late season mildew in my garden, but it doesn't seem to harm it. It blooms a long time and is a nice lavendar shade. There are other plants I'd use for this color and size before this one, but if you like the shape and scale, it's a humble, yet worthy, little addition to the garden.

A favorite of butterflies and bees. I planted several of these along the front of my southern Ohio home and was rewarded with beautiful blue blooms throughout the summer. Alas, though all were planted in the same general area, a few did not last more than 2 years. The others are have gone on strong for 4 years and very little attention. A real charmer.
