This is a great plant is our area. It has wonderful color and nice purple flowers. It is a very nice ground cover and very easy to propagate.

No problems whatsoever. Planted in full sun, front of the border. Blooms until frost, pretty leaves.

I have lots of hardy geraniums in my Baltimore gardens. I do not have a problem with mildew or slugs, even though we have very humid summers. My geraniums are a staple in my half acre yard.

This hardy geranium is one of my favorites. The color is beautiful. The geranium grows in a half shady spot, because the summer afternoon sun can be very warm.

Geranium 'Rozanne' is one of the longest blooming geraniums I have planted here in zone 5. It bloomed all summer, even with the drought we had in southern MA. It does stretch out a bit, so a nice trim midseason will keep it in place a bit as well as promote blooming.

I grow this geranium, and it's a nice addition to the border. Geraniums in general are good growers, with few pests. The flowers are long lasting, too.

I was looking for a long blooming perennial suitable for zone 5, sun, and low maintenance. I planted several of them around our pond and to my surprize they were still in bloom in mid november. We had a hard winter in Michigan this year with almost record snowfall and cold temperatures. On April 1st I was elated to see that there was already new growth on my hardy geraniums. At this rate they will be bloming with the daffodills that are only 2" tall today. They look wonderful in front of my pampas grasses and provide color and a nice full structure while the grasses come up in the spring and early summer.

Most carefree of perennials in either sun or part sun with an abundance of blooms all season. We have sandy soil amended with composted cow manure and I give it a good trimming of all the blooming stems after the first bloom, which gives me a wonderful second bloom.

This plant lives up to the great press about it, and continues to do so year after year. Very long bloom time, very hardy, no pests..just an easy care, great plant.

Rozanne provides a season of blooms if sheered a few times. It rambles unobtrusively along boarders and is a simple, hard-working, low-key addition to any garden. My favorite geranium.

Bloomed beautifully in part shade for 2-3 years, then fewer and fewer blooms (foliage remained nice-looking)

I purchased this plant two years ago and have been extremely happy with it. It blooms from May straight through to the first killing frost. It requires no dead heading, and two plants filled a large area at the front of a bed. I did give it a "haircut" once on the backside so it would not sprawl over a newly planted, and therefore smaller, plant to the rear of it. It did spillover onto the pathway and looked lovely. It performed so well that I purchaed several more to place along my garden path. I did not experience any mildew.

The initial bloom was prolific. Only had scattered blooms for the remainder of the season in morning and early afternoon sun exposure.

San Francisco Peninsula. Gets half-day sun, does great all summer despite hot and dry conditions. Problem only because Japanese Anemone is invading the area, and the foliage is somewhat similar--hard to eradicate the invader with confidence! The blue color is refreshing, and weaves around beneath lilies, dahlias, campanulas, iris, nothing can stop it, and it doesn't bother any other plants either.

I love this geranium, as it blooms all summer in great color for me in partial shade. My only little complaint is that it is a bit floppy in the partial shade, but I fear the midwest full sun may be too much for it. I just prop it up with twiggy branches.
