I love this plant! It's one of the first to bloom in the spring when it literally glows in the garden. It has lovely foliage but will flop in the summer. I have read a suggestion to cut it back after blooming to prevent this. I will try that this summer. It also seeds readily which makes it a nice ground cover in dry shade. The seedlings are not easy to pull. Learn to recognize them so you can pop them out with your trowel if you don't want them.
