this is my first year growing these plants. so far no problems with any insects. they lighten up the garden in the fall/winter when most of my other plants are not actively growing.

The ornamental cabbage would be a five-star plant in my garden if it were not for the large amount of damage done by various insects, including the white cabbage moth larvae. I am not happy to use continuous surveillance and insect prevention, so I rarely use Brassica oleracea.
