We first visited Patricia Hand earlier this summer (refresh your memory HERE), and today she's back with an update, including some photos of the greenhouse she mentioned and we begged to see! She says, "Fall is definitely in the air here in upstate New York. Some of my container plantings are still holding on as well as annuals in the gardens. Late summer and early fall perennials are now in full bloom. Sedum 'Autumn Joy', obedient plant, and anemone, along with asters, are among them. The fragrance of the sweet autumn clematis is so wonderful right now. We had a great growing season this year. It's hard to believe that I will soon be putting these gardens to bed!" Of the greenhouse, she says, "My greenhouse arrived in October of 2011 in kit form. My husband, Dudley, and our son, Eric, assembled it in 2 days time. I helped with the finishing touches. I couldn't wait to start planting! I immediately started some lettuce and spinach seeds. We were eating these greens right up until Christmas. I shut down my greenhouse for the winter and start up again in March. I can take cuttings of my favorite tender plants, which I over-winter in our sunroom or basement, and start new plants in the spring. It also gives me great pleasure to experiment with new seed varieties." Wow, your garden still looks so nice, and tidy, too, Pat! That greenhouse is DREAMY.

****HEADS UP!!  ALL 15 PHOTOS are in the comments, in expandable form. Everyone, let me know if you'd like me to post like this from now on, until we get the enlarge function up and running. Thanks!****
