Not a great pic of the flowers, but I hope you get the idea.  The flowers have some smell, not very sweet though.  Flowers are already turning brown, they've only lasted a week or so.  Leggy bush, doesn't get much sun.

hollyivy writes: Definitely Ligustrum, I find the aroma of flowers to be very fishy, certainly not pleasant. Nice evergreen shrub, but needs more sun. Will grow to 12 feet tall and have purple berries which birds eat. Posted: 11:36 am on February 12th
Michelle_ writes: It's Ligustrum, probably Ligustrum vulgare. In English it is called Privet I think, and here you can find the description on wikipedia:
