Lu is a Boxer/German Shorthair mix my husband, David, and I adopted from a rescue group when he was 10 months old. One of Lu's passions and favorite pastimes is to run with a flower pot balanced on the end of his nose. Of course, that's after he's stolen the pot from where I'm planting! He is also a fragrance afficianado, spending lots of time sniffing the bright blooms that blossom at his eye level. He loves to accompany me to the nurseries and greenhouses where a dog treat usually awaits him at the checkout counter. He's definitely my partner in crime with all things garden!
