Found this plant in my SIL's yard. spikes seem to be growing directly out of a large root. Was a real chore to dig up. Very large root system for just these few shoots. Shoots are firm and remind me of asparagus. Could this be purple tooth wort or is it something else? Zone6 - western pennsylvania
