Wherefore art thou Romeo? That's what came to mind when I came upon this balcony at Hollister House last summer. George Schoellkopf and Ron Johnson's garden in northwestern Connecticut was open for the Garden Conservancy's Open Days program, and I was smitten as soon as I walked through the gates. This is just a small example of the charm this garden holds. If you're ever in the area, you have to visit! In addition to Garden Conservacy Open Days, Hollister House is open to the public on Saturdays, May through September.
