While in Pennsylvania a couple of weeks ago, our new assistant editor, Tony, and I had a chance to stop in at Terrain, the nursery run by the same stylish folks as Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. While I couldn't afford a thing (for example....), I had TONS of fun just walking around, taking in all of the imaginative displays and mouthwatering antique garden relics. There's a cafe at Terrain, too, and it's way hip. There's indoor seating, but I think I'd prefer this outdoor spot, with its washtub water garden and watering can tabletop display. So garden-y and beautiful.

GreenGrowler writes: The water feature is amazing, as are the chairs. I feel you, Michelle, with your comment about not being able to afford anything..... $49 for a set of 4 drink coasters?? Marked down from $78?? REALLY? Obviously, this store caters to the wealthy. The store's items are unique and beautiful, but the prices are ridiculous. Posted: 9:35 am on August 18th
