Dutchess_of_Dahlias writes: This is not a weed. It is Celosia -- most likely the variety 'New Look'. Here in the northeast it sometimes re-seeds. With adequate water, it will have soft feathery red plumes until frost. I wouldn't be without it in my garden. Posted: 2:51 pm on August 2nd
