Lamiaceae volunteer

I'm sure this is a member of the Lamiaceae (Labiatae) family because of the square stems, but other than that ... The flowers just started to come out (July) and are pale lilac. It doesn't have a distincive smell that I can detect, and is currently about 30" tall. Any ideas?
