Tulipa 'Blue Spectacle' in center stage.
These pictures were taken at the Phipps Conservatory Spring Show this year. Tulipa 'Blue Spectacle' sits amoung the maidenhair ferns and heuchera in the East Room. This dynamic combination of purple and chartreuse is always eye catching, no matter the season.
