Supposed pink splash plant...

I grew these plants from seeds that were supposedly for a pink splash plant but they aren't pink. I planted them in August, and kept thinking maybe it needs more time to change color, but it never happened. They also don't look like pictures I've seen online of pink splash plants. There is now a bud of something that appeared but hasn't opened. Any ideas what this plant might be?? Thanks!
