evergreen shrub in central texas

Any ideas what this plant is? I planted this about 6 years ago (yeah, i *should* know what it is, but it's been a while) at my old place of employment in the Austin, TX area. It's been doing pretty well without any irrigation or care. I was guessing it might be a variety of olive.
