From the same garden as yesterday, outside Detroit, Michigan, this little tableau proves that you don't need fancy plants or crazy combinations to create a pleasing container display. This one features just a few pots of classic herbs (and a small grass) clustered on a tabletop. It's timeless, and will look good all season long with minimal fuss.

crazeknot writes: I've done a herb garden in single pots & also done them all together in a large pot. Where I live I can leave them in the ground all year around. Southern California,San Diego has the perfect weather for growing almost everything!!! Posted: 6:58 pm on October 21st
