What kind of melon?

If anyone knows what kind of melon this is, please help me out. I planted melons years ago, but I don't remember what they were and they're back or the birds carried it into my garden.

gnomette writes: Could be wrong but skin texture sure looks like a cantelope. Hard to be sure as it is still quite green. if it turns a soft tan colour that would help confirm my guess. Also know cantelope as a musk melon. Posted: 9:40 pm on August 30th
