My Private Oasis

My home and yard looked like it screamed to be in the mountains, but didn't quite make it. I have spent the last several years accommodating it. Ferns and moss have overtaken the boulders around the pond. Last year I built the screen out of concrete backerboard to shield my view of my neighbor's garage. I put some rusted metal artwork on it and painted a bench red. It's a great place to sit with coffee in the morning or wine in the afternoon.
