Tucked in for the winter.

Photo: Susy from Chiot's Run

This past summer we got a hive, then we split it halfway through summer.  We're hoping our ladies make it through the winter so we have a good harvest of honey and wax this summer.  We checked on them the other day, scraped the snow away from the doors and listened the hives.  They were both buzzing along.
