The Kingsbrae Garden Café is housed in the 1910 Edward Maxwell manor house, original to the 27-acre estate and will re-open in May. Very little was changed architecturally in converting the historic building from a summer home to the Garden's restaurant, Gift Shop & Art Gallery. Full wall of windows and the terrace have magnificent views of croquet lawn, gardens and sculpture exhibit to Passamaquoddy Bay, beyond (off the Bay of Fundy).

Kingsbrae Horticultural Garden has been named in the top ten public gardens of Canada, top ten coastal gardens in North America, a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, Monarch Butterfly Way Station, Fodor's Choice and a New Brunswick Top Ten Attraction. There are over 50,000 perennials, shrubs & trees, in many themed gardens -- Gravel, Bird & Butterfly, Knot, White, Edible, Scents & Sensitivity, Rock and Children's Fantasy Gardens, to name a few.
