Turnera subulata, along with diffusa and ulmiforme three of my favorite.
Plumerias are at the highest point in the hierarchy of my garden.   All have been progated by yours truly by cut stems. Except this one, a present.

There is not much to say. If willing http://endemimotrasnochado.blogspot.com/ has the whole

inventory of over one hundred species and issues beyond my own gardening pleasure.  This blog

is mostly for people not following the herd.
